Accepting These Terms
By registering for or using Ethereon Edge, you agree to these terms of use, so please read them carefully before you open an account.
Who Can Use Ethereon Edge
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract and living in a country where Ethereon Edge services are permitted.
Availability can vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to make sure that using an AI trading platform is legal where you live.
Your Account and Registration
You agree to give accurate registration details, complete identity verification and keep your login credentials private.
- One account per person; accounts cannot be shared or transferred.
- Turn on two-factor authentication and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We may suspend accounts that fail verification or show signs of fraud or abuse.
How the Service Works
Ethereon Edge provides software that analyses markets and can place trades on your behalf through licensed partner brokers, within the settings you choose.
Ethereon Edge is a technology provider, not a bank or a financial adviser. Trades are executed and funds are held by partner brokers under their own terms, which you will be asked to accept during registration.
Trading Risk
Trading crypto, forex, stocks, commodities and CFDs carries a high level of risk, and you may lose some or all of the money you deposit.
Past performance, backtests and demo results do not guarantee future results. You remain responsible for your settings, your deposits and your trading decisions, including decisions made automatically within the limits you set.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Fees
Registration is free; deposits, withdrawals and any broker or payment fees are processed by our partners and shown to you before you confirm.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to hack, copy, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
Intellectual Property
The Ethereon Edge name, logo, software, AI models and website content belong to Ethereon Edge and may not be copied without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Ethereon Edge is not liable for trading losses, market events or interruptions caused by third parties, networks or partner brokers.
Changes and Termination
We may update these terms or close accounts that break them, and you may close your account and withdraw available funds at any time.
